“Leah provided quality service for our company. Her suggestions were well-considered, creative, and appropriate for our business. She is quick to respond to questions, and she also managed the project’s time so well that it came early!

I am not experienced with web design. But Leah showed me how we could better serve our customers. I did not expect to have a deeper appreciation for advertising, accessibility, and aesthetics. Now, I feel enriched as a business manager (in more ways than one).

I highly recommend Leah as a consultant, writer, and designer.”

What to Expect

For clients, I have a 5-phase system:

1) Orientation (Discovery Phase): Survey the terrain, plan the route.

Start with initial contact, discovery call, proposal, and last, contract.

2) Packing (Onboarding Phase): Choose the gear, prepare for conditions.

Begin with signed contract, first invoice, welcome package, and then the creative brief.

3) Trail Work (Project Phase): Start walking, watch your feet but also the surroundings.

Projects go through research, draft, and then refine stages.

4) Waypoint Review (Completion Phase): Check the map, make adjustments.

Presentation, feedback, and revision. Upon conclusion, the second invoice and farewell package.

5) Looking Ahead (Follow-Up Phase): Reflect, but eye the next challenge.

Follow up to see what’s working and what’s not.
